Molly Duggan Associates is looking for an outstanding user experience and visual designer to create experiences across all touchpoints of our clients' brands. The designer will be responsible for designing simple and seamless experiences by distilling project requirements and goals into sketches and wireframes then extending the design work by creating of high-quality comps, documenting interaction details and visual design specifications. The designer will also work with the key stakeholders in a given project to make sure that it meets the business and marketing requirements as well as Molly Duggan standards in quality and customer experience.
The candidate must flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline driven environment. A candidate must be a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment. He or she will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Development, Production, and Marketing. Prior experience working within a creative/technology environment is a requirement.

Our sales team focuses on our customers desire to enhance their brand evolution, develop new marketing opportunities across multiple print and digital touch points, and manage their Drupal websites using our OnDemand services. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to help organizations across all market sectors increase their reach and manage their number 1 marketing assets. To support your outbound selling efforts, we will use multi-modal, targeted campaigns, to help you identify new customer sales opportunities, and provide 1-on-1 support from our director of sales. Once engaged with a customer or prospect, you will successfully understand customer business issues by using excellent listening and communication skills, demonstrate how these issues can be solved and the unique benefits of solving them with Molly Duggan Associates OnDemand services. Your primary responsibilities will include using intelligent prospecting persistence to identify, create and qualify opportunities, then work to ensure each opportunity has clearly identified next steps, and close the business. Your success will be measured by achievement on monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
We are looking for a candidate who is professional, pays meticulous attention to detail, is highly organized and has excellent communication skills. The person we are looking for must be dynamic and friendly and enjoy working as part of a small team responsible for developing customer facing Drupal and Wordpress sites. You will be supported by a team of Drupal developers under the supervision of our Project Manager and Senior Web Developer. The candidate will work closely with our Creative Director and Design Team, supporting the development team via help desk tickets, chatting via our help desk, Slack or Skype and responding to clients needs will be your priority.
Our projects will primarily depend on your unique knowledge of CSS(3), SASS, LESS, Compass, Bundler, Grunt, jQuery and theme best practices of Omega 4, Adaptive, and other responsive base themes. An excellent understanding of HTML and CSS, Drupal UI and can build a View or a Webform, familiarity with responsive design and development (singularity, breakpoints, etc.), and has a desire to learn and hone your Drupal skills. You should also be comfortable working with tight deadlines and a long-standing queue of projects, and be able to adjust to shifting priorities and organizing multiple projects at the same time. WE currently and primarily work Drupal 7 and some Wordpress sites. Solid understanding of PHP is a huge plus, but custom module development isn't necessary.
